Short break This was a perfect location right in the middle of Prague. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed.

Great time Perfect location,in the center of the Old Town, close to everything important. Booking by internet worked very well, staff went out of the way to be helpful, airport pickup taxi driver provided by the management to start with, office staff , and cleaning lady to end. The apartment was very spacious for six of us, three large bedrooms two bathrooms, large living area with adjoining dining area made it extremely comfortable. Air conditioning saved us during hot spells. In all, we were very happy and would use services of the company again P. Pechar, Sydney, Australia

I did not like to ask to pay 50 additonal euros after I had receive an email saying that I have paid in full. The charge was not done after all, but it led to a discussion I would rather have to avoid. It was not a good way to receive us. Then we were asked to leave a 500 euro deposit we were not aware of. Cable TV was poor, with 20 channels working spared over 400+ options, so it was an exhausting task to change channels. Air Condition was a complete lie, it did not work, and technicians were sent even though there are no A/C facilities within the appartment. We were provided with air fans that somehow solved the problem, to some extent. The appartment was in a great location, the staff was very nice and responsive, even though they did not manage to solve the issues. We still think it was a good price/value option, and will be willing to stay at Prague Appartments again, but were not entirely satisfied.

Very happy for weekend Prague is a lot busier now than my first visit 10 years ago. This aprtment is close to both bustling bars and quiet havens of peace. It is also ideally situated for sightseeing and as a bonus we managed to get some close up pictures of peregrine falcons.

A very enjoyable trip to one ofthe most beautiful cities in Europe We had a very enjoyable stay at Residence Karlova, marred only by the lack of air conditioning or other means of cooling the apartment during the very unexpected and unseasonably warm weather in Prague during May 22-May 25, 2012. On those days, temperatures reached 80 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature in the apartment seemed to stay at a constant temperature of 25-26 degrees Celsius, according to the apartment thermostat. Aside from that, we had no complaints. The very welcoming, responsive, helpful Prague City Apartments staff made check-in very easy, holding our bags for us and transporting them from the office to the apartment when we arrived early. We also were given good suggestions for restaurants. We greatly appreciated the staff's assistance with transfers from the airport and to the train station, which proved to be convenient, on time, and priced exactly as stated.
