Problems with electricity, running toilet and heat turned up were remedied quickly. Overall a positive experience.

Great location, comfortable clean place We stayed in unit 43 (2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom) with our 2 college age children. This apartment was in the best location for all your sightseeing needs yet tucked away enough that it was quiet. While this one is not luxury or fancy in anyway, you can't find anything better for the price. This is a spacious, clean, comfortable unit and offers all the modern conveniences (Key card, fast modern elevator, good lighting in the unit, etc.). Good internet connection too! We really enjoyed our say here! Oh, let's not forget the wonderful office staff!

Great location! We reserved a specific apartment in November and a couple days before we were to arrive, we were told that the apartment we wanted wasn't available. We were a little disappointed. When we arrived at the Karolina, we were told that the other apartment they were offering us was not available until 2 pm. After traveling 9 hours, it was not the answer we were expecting. They did offer us another apartment with a very nice view of the castle. We were lucky to see fireworks on 3 occasions! Apartments on the roof top can be very hot but the apartment has air conditioning so not an issue at all. We have a 13 months daughter and we were very happy with the crib, highchair and even baby towel they provided. We definitively would recommend this apartment to families. We had a pleasant stay and the staff was always helpful. Great job guys!

An ideal place to stay This is an ideal place to stay in Prague - close to the centre's attractions, but just far enough away to give some solitude and peace when you return in the evening. Supermarket and tram are very close. The two things that made it for us were the size and comfort of the apartment, and the efficient and helpful service from the staff next door. From finding an express bus to Germany, arranging a taxi, and helping with tram tickets, nothing was too much trouble. A first-class service. We would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in Prague. Thank you all so much for a brilliant stay and especially for your service.
