Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

Nice city but apt. dangerous for kids Spent 2 wks there end of May. Great city for a family with small kids. Reasonably priced foods compared to US, supermarket close by, off the noisy tourist spot but you can still hear the drunks late at night. Did a lot of walking. Took a trip to Kutna Hora but only after we made sure we had a super kid friendly driver (see below) Here's my suggested potential improvements: - apartment furniture all have sharp corners. Awful for kids. My three year old son busted his head open on of these and was bleeding for a while. We tried to make the place child safe but there so many of these sharp edges positioned at just the wrong height for a kid. - Windows can be easily opened by my three year old with no safety locks. We were terrified the whole time he would open a window and fall to his death. - washer/dryer combo, too small, too noisy, makes master bedroom too humid and hot, and it takes forever to finish (maybe 6 hours) - Front desk reservation friendly and professional but driver's booked throu

Wonderful location, within walking distance to Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter. Apartment is large, light filled and well equipped. Bed very comfortable, big bathroom with double sink, large tub and shower. Staff is exceptional - very friendly, always available and willing to help. Highly recommend!

Elegant apartment, friendly staff Residence Karolina is superb. The apartments are spacious and elegant, with high ceilings, marble counterttops, and all new appliances, and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly, efficient and unfailingly helpful. The location is perfect, easy walking to all the sights, restaurants, etc. but off on a quiet side street. This place is a real gem. It set the tone for a lovely stay in elegant Prague.

Great visit to Prague The apartment is centrally located and near good transport options which meant that we were able to see and do all we wanted with ease. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and the service provided each day meant that it stayed spotless for our full stay. One of the best features of staying with Prague City Apartments was the staff who are contactable 24 hours a day. Our experience was that the staff are extremely friendly, courteous and obliging. We would highly recommend the apartment to any travellers.

Great visit, really liked the apartment location, convienent for shopping and touring a greatvcity.. Our stay was quiet, comfortable and too short to see all the wonderfuf sights. We stayed with another couple and found the bedroom seperation excellent, the beds and everything we needed for eating in. Thanks.
