Dream Trip with PCA Hello PCA Family, It was a terrible day in work after 6 dream days in Prague. :) Thank you so much for your care. Discovering this amazing with PCA was great. Let us summary our points above. Front Office Staff: We can find nothing to say for them. Each of them was so kind, helpful, friendly. Please thank to all for me and my friend. Location: Our point is "Unsatisfactory" because of the last minute change. It is not out of the centrum but please avoid this kind of last minute change and do not victimize your guests. Rooms and Services: It is not "Excellent" because of a few problems. One is related with the bathroom, the other one is related with the telephone. But thank you so much for your apologizing with your sweet gift in our room. You were so kind as always. Cleanliness: Thanks to all of your cleaners. They are surely good at their work. Loved this apartment! Spent a week in residence Karolina, would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone, it was perfect for our needs.. Smart TV with Netflix was a bonus! Great location in a beautiful building
