Satellite TV and washing machine instructions could be more "user friendly" in English. e.g. There are more than 100 TV channels and very hard to find Enlish BBC or CNN. Washing machine cycle took hours because instructions were not clear. We were very disappointed with Grand City Tour (3.5 hrs) in "ENGLISH" booked and paid cash at your office. The night before we rec'd and email to say tour was cancelled because we had not paid (hours after we had walked to your office to pay in cash). Pick op was 20 min late, tour start was 20 min late and tour was combined English and French. This meant that explanations took twice as long and parts of the tour were apparently cut short. If tour is going to be combined languages then this should be explained up front so that there are no un pleasant surprises. Based on this experience we would not recommend this tour. We had tried to stay in 'typical' European hotels, but this was fabulous, because of the facilities. Especially welcome was the washing machine, as we had been travelling for a week or so and need to wash stuff! Martin was wonderful, took us to the apartment and showed us around. I would stay there again, for sure. Hi Martin!!

nice apartment Very apartment. The space is large ,claen and comfortable. The kitchen applicances are enough and clean. The service is ok,but it is too far away from head office .

nice apartment Very good apartment,I like it . I will stay here when I come to Praha next time. I will advise my friends to stay here because this is a very nice hotel.

Our third visit in ten years met all expectations . Masna is in a great location to walk to the opera, Baroque concerts, good restaurants. We even walked to the train station to take a day trip to Tabor. After a transatlantic trip it was a relief to be met and driven to pick up the keys at the main office. Before, we arrived straight to Masna. It is a well equipped studio apartment.
