Brehova - Beautiful building and excellent service From my first contact with the Prague City Apartments team I was impressed by the customer service and attention to detail they offer. Nothing is too much trouble and their office is staffed 24/7. All speak excellent English. They provided a complimentary airport pick up and arranged transport back for 400Ck - taxi quote was 500-600Ck. Our one bedroom apartment was huge (75 sq metres), well furnished, had a fully equipped kitchen, daily cleaning & towel service. The Brehova building is exceptionally beautiful, the 2 & 3 bedroom apartments have big street facing balconies, the 1 bedroom apartments don't. The location, Josefov, is excellent for visitors, part of the historic Jewish quarter, close to Old Town Square and if you're a shopper, you'll find Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Ermenegildo Zegna, etc literally around the corner in Parizska.

Prague Trip with friends. We were totally happy with our decision! it's maybe a bit expensive but it's totally worth the costs. I don't think that it is possible to find a better place to live. 9.5/10 points

Excellent Location Floors were dirty. Garbage disposal and kitchen fan were broken. Otherwise a very nice apartment with helpful staff, centrally located. would rent again

Great apartment for family or friends We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and could not have been happier. The location is fantastic and very quiet at night. In less than five minutes you are in "Paris Street" with all the high end shops and basically you can walk everywhere without too much effort. The Old Square is very close and the delicious bakery, The Bake Shop, is very close. Prague City Apartment staff could not have been more helpful. The concierge's office was being refurbished while we were there so there was no one on site to assist with directions etc. but someone in the office would be a real help.

We so loved the efficiency, and courteous web and Reception Staff ! The accomadations were clean, modernly decorated and comfortable for our stay. They made sure our trip would not be unpleasant and substiuted a Wonderful 2 BR apt when the one we scheduled 'ran out of hot water'. They answered all our inquires day or late nite happily and promptly. HOo do find such wonderful customer service personel ! They spoke and knew English so well! Your company was recommended by a friend who travels alot and her recommendation was right On Spot....you are the Best value and Service we had in a Long time!! We will not hesitate to use apts in your other cities if need be, or try others after this Great experience. Thank you from customers in USA!
