prague city trip We had booked the Masna residence, but to technical issues we were upgraded to the Karoliny residence. The apartment was very good and the facilities in the apartment were exellent.The front office team were very nice and gave us a lot of tips to see in Prague. Within a five, minute walk you are on the Staromestske namesti. If we go back to Prague, we defenitly stay in de Karoliny residence.

NegativeThere were a lot of tv channels, but only a few english speaking cahnnels. Your not in Prague to watch tv, but this was a minor negative point

Brilliant apartment with lovely staff The apartment was really spacious and lovely with very high quality furniture and fittings. We found its location really good - central but quiet, and just a few minutes walk from all the sights. All the front office staff were lovely and so very helpful - whatever we asked them to do. It is a brilliant team! The complimentary pickup from the airport was great and the whole check- in could not have been simpler and more helpful, with a member of staff to show you around the lovely apartment and explain its workings. I would thoroughly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a high class place to stay in the centre of Prague. Karolina 33 We loved our 2 bedroom apartment at Karolina. A beautiful building and wonderful location. The apartment was clean and well appointed and very spacious for a family of four. Both beds were large and comfortable. We very much appreciated that the Prague City Apts office was right next door. This made checking in / out very convenient and it was a bonus to have them available to ask questions and get directions and suggestions from the staff (like having a hotel concierge). Arranging the airport transfer with PCA was a breeze and we very much appreciated having our driver waiting for us after a long day of travel.

First Visit to Prague The apartment was perfect! The Residence Karolina delivered on everything it promised, from the spacious and well furnished apartment to the support of the office staff who were available 24/7! We even used the on-line chat option prior to our arrival to arrange airport transfer! The Residence was close to nice restaurants, tram stops, and we could walk to the various neighborhoods that we explored. And the price was right!
