NegativeEverything was excellent. The only criticism we had was in relation to bath towels. We were given 2 in the room but there were 4 of us. We asked on several occasions but were only offered these on the last day. A tad disappointing...

Pefect location and plenty of airy space We had an internal, courtyard-view apartment, so it was very quiet. High ceilings, airy with many windows, lots of storage and moving-around space. We were surprised at the large open feel. The building is very attractive, with large and beautiful stone staircase. Location is perfect, as every attraction is within a short walk - 15 minutes takes you to all of the good places. Large grocery store within five minutes walk, smaller fruit and mini-marts within two minutes. Very glad we avoided an apartment in the castle area, as this entails a lot of steep walks to get in and out. Stay at the Karolina, and you have it best. Kitchen is large and light, with good appliances. Washing machine a huge plus. Only negatives are minor: difficult to use shower without spraying water onto bathroom floor; tub is a tall step up that would be difficult for elderly. A grab-bar would be a huge help, as would a shower curtain.. Overall, we highly recommend. We stay in many apartment rentals internationally, and this on

lovely apartment in dream city Prague We have stayed in Residence Karolina, one bedroomed apartment for a week in June. We absolutely loved Prague (despite the light rain almost every day) Everything went smoothly from the moment we landed, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, complimentary service from Prague City apartments. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful and kind enough to recommend places to eat. The apartment has got high ceilings, is very spacious and well equipped. It was kept reasonably clean every day. I had a couple of recommendations for future guests after a first day greeting from the manager asking if everything was alright. I was very surprised to find one of the staff at the door in less than an hour with salt and pepper mill in hand and a variety of pillows the following day. I must also mention the central location of the apartment, we almost walked everywhere, just took the tram a couple of times.
