our 5 day stay at residence karolina very good location. very helpful and courteous front office staff. really helps that the office is manned 24x7. airport pickup is appreciated. the apartment is spacious and well appointed. would love to stay again and would recommend to friends.

Excellent stay Small adjustments needed: - Bathrooms need 1) a shelve near the sink and 2) a support in the shower to put the soap and shampoo. - The washer/dryer did not work on the drying cycle. This was mentionnend during our stay. Somebody came to check and said effectively it did not work and needed repair. Thank you for everything and your professionnal attitude. Diane Dobaj .

Stop looking, book here now Great staff (we never saw the cleaner but they did a top job servicing the apartment), fantastic apartment, very comfortable king size bed, heaps of wardrobe storage space, lovely location, excellent service. Apartment 52 is very quiet with a great view of the castle.
