Amazing trip to Prague! Had an AMAZING time in Prague and at Residence Karolina. The apartment was lovely, modern, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to everything. The staff working at Residence Karolina were WONDERFUL! I swear this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Having a 24 hour desk where somebody could help us with our every need was a definite bonus to our trip. They never lost patience with our zillion and one "clueless tourist" questions. This was our first time in the Czech Republic and we don't speak the language, so we had tons of questions. The apartment had everything that one could need. Our only negative review is related to the washer/dryer. The directions for the washer/dryer were not the easiest to follow. The print was very small and sometimes difficult to read. The dryer really didn't work. It took us about 6+ hours to dry a single load of laundry. In the end, we ended up putting three items in the dryer at a time and then drying them for multiple hours

Excellent apartment and Concierge Service Would certainly return to Residence Karolina and recommend to anyone traveling to Prague. Extremenly comfortable apartment at very reasonable price.

We loved our teo bedroom apartment. Superb location ans superb service. Be sure to use their taxi service from the sirport. Excellent maid service ang helpful staff 24/7. We plan to come back next year here. This place is A-plus.

This apartment was wonderful! It is located so perfectly that we never had the opportunity to use public transportation. We walked everywhere! Our apartment was lovely, and the kitchen was very much upgraded as compared to other apartments we have rented in Europe. The staff was always available, helpful, and courteous. Prague is now one of our favorite cites in Europe and we will definitely be back to visit. When we do, we hope that an apartment at Residence Karolina will be available. Book well in advance to obtain the apartment that meets your needs. Thank you for enhancing our stay in Prague!
