The accommodations and customer service our family received was above and beyond. I would recommend Prague City Apartments to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and stay in Prague. I only wish our stay was longer!

On many of my travels, the accomodation has been simply a nice place to stay at the end of a signtseeing day. However, our stay at this apartment was a core part of our Prague experience. Maginicently located in the old town, with a beautiful turn of the centrury facade but modern interior, I'm guessing that we didn't see as much of the city itself as we had planned, because it was too good staying in the apartment! Thank you.

We were expectedly informed upon our arrival at the office to pick up our details of our apartment that our place was not available but that there was another place in a different area of the city for us. The front desk staff asked if we received any notification which we had not. I had emailed back and forth with our agent numerous times and checked my email as of 5 hours before and received no notification. Even to this date, I have not received the notification. Considering that we paid a deposit of 20%, I consider this very unprofessional and unethical as this deposit is suppose to protect the business for supposedly reserving our agreed upon place, but also for me as the customer to have security and comfort in the fact that there is a plan and expectation. Once we arrive at our destination, what are our choses for recourse? We wasted about an hour or two which we should not have with discussing with the front desk staff what our options were. We first went over to the "new" apartment to
