We were expectedly informed upon our arrival at the office to pick up our details of our apartment that our place was not available but that there was another place in a different area of the city for us. The front desk staff asked if we received any notification which we had not. I had emailed back and forth with our agent numerous times and checked my email as of 5 hours before and received no notification. Even to this date, I have not received the notification. Considering that we paid a deposit of 20%, I consider this very unprofessional and unethical as this deposit is suppose to protect the business for supposedly reserving our agreed upon place, but also for me as the customer to have security and comfort in the fact that there is a plan and expectation. Once we arrive at our destination, what are our choses for recourse? We wasted about an hour or two which we should not have with discussing with the front desk staff what our options were. Overall very satisfied We had booked into the Karolina however this was changed without notice. We were upgraded and this proved to be very satisfactory . Some problems with the washing machine, insufficient instructions, slow drainage in ensuite shower. Other maintenance issues were quickly dealt with and the office was very helpful. Would recommend this accommodation.

Travel and Reunion with Friends Six friends from differerent provinces in Canada and from Scotland, meet when possible in various parts of the world. Our week in Prague at the Residence Brehova was one of our best experiences ever. The apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and in a perfect locations that allowed us to walk everywhere. We were near all the historical and architectual sights, close to good restaurants and grocery stores. The staff at Prague City Apartments were professional and very helpful in all aspects of arranging our holiday -- from airport transport to obtaining theatre tickets and deliverying them right to the apartment for us.
