Excellent place to start Although we booked another appartment which was cancelled one day beforehand due to technical Problems everything was fine at the end. The appartment was in a lovely Art Deco Building in the middle of Josephsstadt - the jewish centre. We walked a lot as everything was in walking distance. We really liked the spacious appartment and ist decoration. The beds have been excelelnt as well. We really can recommend the staff at the reception who gave helpful Information and was extremly friendly. In general the personell at Restaurants and Pubs was not that friendly and welcoming... Absolute recommendable! Dekuie! ;-) Thanks a lot!

Business/Leisure trip Mario at the front desk. I think you have to get rid of that guy. Terribly unpleasant and unhelpful. I think he is the only negative part of our whole trip, my friends share the same opinion. (The other guy and NIna just perfect, very pleasant and nice persons). In general, verything was clean (thanks to cleaning lady), locations is just perfect and appartment is very nice. There are few problems in bathroom, but in general we are satisfied. If not Mario I would rate 9 out of ten, but because we met him during check in and he was our first impression I would rate 7.5. Without Mario 9 with him 7.5

The dish washer was not functioning as it should For eg any glass with lipstick would not get cleaned Also the plates used for breakfast if not cleaned fully manually would not get rid of jam or chocolate Spreads . Even egg smell would not go . If all dishes have to be manually cleaned first then dishwasher is of no use .
