The apartment was small but clean with fast Internet. The location was just perfect! I would recommend cleaning up the lobby of the building if possible as it is empty and a little dirty. But I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful Prague experience!

Temporary accomodation whilst moving to Prague Overall we were ok with our stay. The staff was helpful on arrival in checkingm, showing the apartment as well as offering themselves to follow up with my lost luggage from the airline. However, the staff required some follow up for the information on my lost luggage as well as not always being clear on whether they understood some specific messages/changes to my plans - specifically on the parking spot reservation where I ended up only requiring the parking for 3 days vs. 2 weeks. The external cleanliness of the appartment was not satisfactory at all as during the 1st week of August it was not ok to open the windows which created a very warm appartment. The external area of the windows should be cleaned more frequently. Towels and overall internal appartment cleanliness it was quite good I have to say. Everything done on time and properly - this was highly appreciated. Location is perfect for the center of Prague where everything is pretty much walking distance. great location, quiet street in the heart of the city My son lived in this apartment while he studied at FAMU. It was a perfect choice. It's on a quiet street 2 minutes away from the school and a few blocks away from the Charles Bridge. The apartment is perfect for one or two people. The neighborhood felt very safe. There are restaurants within walking distance. The office staff was so helpful and handled any issues or questions immediately. I highly recommend this apartment and this rental company.

Perfect accommodation in an ideal location My wife and I rented the apartment for 12 weeks while we were working and traveling in Prague, and we were completely satisfied. From our initial investigation via the website, and the online chat to ask questions about the apartment, through check-in and our complete stay, the staff service was prompt, thorough, friendly, and helpful. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised on the website, and for us an excellent balance of proximity to Old Town sights, restaurants, food markets, cultural venues, etc., but just far enough off of the main tourist tramping routes that we had peace and quiet for sleeping and working at home. Very close to the national theatre, major tram lines, and the Legion bridge (which affords lovely views of the river and castle), we could walk all over town from the apartment, or take the convenient transit to museums and eateries on either side of the river. stay in my beloved Prague I have stayed in Prague several times but it was the first time that I used Prague city appartments and I was extremely satisfied with their services and the flat # 41 at divadelni. the only thing missing was the safe and it would be nice to have a doorbell for visitors since the flat is on the 4th floor . The flat was really nice and we enjoyed the view of the Prague rooftops. the little touches like the tea, coffee in the flat and the free pick up from the airport was really appreciated ( free pick up or return to airport is only if yo ustay more then 3 nights) I will recommend Prague CityAppartments to my friends and look forward ro rent a flat from them again in the future; IDW
