Friends exploring Prague My friend and I loved our stay at this apartment. We experienced a couple of issues: - Shower door was off a hinge - Some lights were missing bulbs - Fuse blew outside the apartment when simply flipping on light switches - Internet connection issues plague PCA in many of their apartments But we loved the place because... - The location couldn't be better - Decor is attractive - Noise is not bad - It's half way between Old Town Square and James Dean - PCA staff responds to all complaints immediately, 24/7 I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent location, exceptional customer service! Thank you Prague City Apartments, the property was in a perfect location. Just a couple of blocks to the main square so close enough to run home in the middle of the day to rest up or drop packages off; but far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists that visit Prague on weekends. Great restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping in all directions. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Our unit had a small kitchen but we really did not need anything larger. The only thing that I would suggest would be a small coffee maker. There was instant coffee and a pot to boil water but I am not a fan of instant coffee. The staff was absolutely wonderful from reservations, check in and check out and everything in between. They arranged transfers, gave us maps and restaurant suggestions etc. Prior to booking this apartment, I had some change in travel plans so we initially booked one property then had another change and booked another until we finally settled on Salvator. The staff on the online chat was very helpful and patient every step of the way! I would highly recommend Prague City Apartments specifically Salvator Apartment on Dusni 6. We all would definitely book this property again. Thank you so much!
