business and pleasure in Prague This apartment is in an excellent location, with large well-kept rooms with big windows, and on a quiet street, The ceilings are high and the room furnishings and two bathrooms are in fine condition. Special commendation should be given to the staff at the main office 24/7 who were always responsive and helpful. We would heartily recommend it to any visitor to Prague. That being said, there are several things that could and should be done to really improve it. One major reason that people take apartments rather than hotel rooms is to have self-catering possibilities. This really requires a great change in the kitchen of this apartment. The kitchen is extremely small and only one person can be there at a time, and even s/he will not be able to function easily. It lacks even a small oven, which is much more important than the large dishwasher now under the electric range. The kitchen could with little difficulty be expanded by taking some space from the large nearby bathroom (which in turn could be expanded to use some of the space of the too-large and disfunctional hall. In addition, the lighting in the living room / dining room is far from sufficient: one overhead light fixture does not provide enough illumination for so large a room, and more ceiling-lights are required. Two systems in the apartment are complicated to operate, and it is necessary to supply for them very detailed operation manuals: (1) The heating system, with its very complicated thermostat (2) the television satelite channel system, that indicates hundreds of channels of which many are unavailable and the others lack any classification. My wife, who is a designer of homes and apartments, has many more suggestions and comments that go beyond the main points noted above. However, despite the need for the above improvements, we would like to stress that this is overall a lovely and well-appointed apartment in an excellent location, and with excellent service. We will definitely consider renting again this apartment or one like it from Prague City Apartments, on our future stays in Prague.

Friends exploring Prague My friend and I loved our stay at this apartment. We experienced a couple of issues: - Shower door was off a hinge - Some lights were missing bulbs - Fuse blew outside the apartment when simply flipping on light switches - Internet connection issues plague PCA in many of their apartments But we loved the place because... - The location couldn't be better - Decor is attractive - Noise is not bad - It's half way between Old Town Square and James Dean - PCA staff responds to all complaints immediately, 24/7 I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Excellent location, exceptional customer service! Thank you Prague City Apartments, the property was in a perfect location. Just a couple of blocks to the main square so close enough to run home in the middle of the day to rest up or drop packages off; but far enough from the hustle and bustle of tourists that visit Prague on weekends. Great restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping in all directions. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. Our unit had a small kitchen but we really did not need anything larger. The only thing that I would suggest would be a small coffee maker. There was instant coffee and a pot to boil water but I am not a fan of instant coffee. The staff was absolutely wonderful from reservations, check in and check out and everything in between. They arranged transfers, gave us maps and restaurant suggestions etc. Prior to booking this apartment, I had some change in travel plans so we initially booked one property then had another change and booked another until we finally settled on Salvator. The staff on the online chat was very helpful and patient every step of the way! I would highly recommend Prague City Apartments specifically Salvator Apartment on Dusni 6. We all would definitely book this property again. Thank you so much!
