Prague june 2014 English We've rented an apartment 52 on the fifth floor at the end of June 2014. We were picked up at the airport by a mini-van with a lovely driver (it is included in the price). The house is located on a small quiet street, within walking distance to the tourist center and all shops. Main office is in a nearby building. There are always people willing to help with any question. You can come in person, or you can call directly from the apartment. The apartment itself was just amazing. Best accommodation we ever experienced. Very large, bright, perfectly clean. Stylish furnishings, modern equipment. Air conditioner units in every room work almost silently. Large beds, mattresses a bit firm, but comfortable, linen and towels are in perfect condition. With windows closed during the day or at night makes the outside absolute silence. Doors between rooms close very tightly, creating excellent sound insulation. Wi-Fi covers the whole apartment, the signal is strong and constant. We were greeted by the girl named

Multi-Generation Family Vacation in Prague I was on vacation in Prague with my husband, 9 year old daughter and Mother in Law. First of all, let me say that the level of customer service from Prague City Apts was outstanding. We initially checked in to the Rybna Apartments which were lovely but on the 2nd level (3rd in North America) and accessible by 42 steps (my MIL counted) which was too much for her. I called the office to see if anything could be done and the next morning they switched us with no issue to Art Residence Krocinova - slightly further out from the centre but still within walking distance. The apt is recently renovated, big, spacious, and clean. Being a bit away (7 min vs 3 min walk) from the town centre was appreciated at night time - it was more residential and relatively quiet. We felt very safe walking home in the evening. It's a 1 minute walk to the tram that took us up to the castle, 5 minutes to the Charles Bridge and 5 minutes to a Tesco for groceries. There were also great modern Czech restaurants around the corner.

Perfect! We would definitely recommend Prague City Apartments. They were efficient, courteous, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. There is even a washing machine/dryer in the apartment. The location is excellent. They took care of the airport transfer and gave us good recommendations on places to eat, etc. Prague is a "walkable" city but we would advise against going in mid-summer - not only is it HOT but there are CROWDS of tourists. Spring/fall is the best time to go there. All in all, don't hesitate to use Prague City Apts - you won't be disappointed.

NegativeNot much negative to say...about the only "negative" point is that there is only one outlet in the kitchen, so you can't grill toast and make coffee at the same time!

60th Birthday and New Year Exterior was very plain, the building is being newly renovated. The apartment was a modern dream and so comfortable. A few streets away from the action that is extremely congested over new year with tourists. Safe and quiet, only a street from the river and fireworks on January 1. The office is also very close, always open and always helpful. The apartment was serviced daily which surprised us, and the cleaning staff delightful.
