Perfect for a group trip Our second stay in Residence Karlova. Found everything to be as described on the website. One little thing: the elevator only works with a maximum of two people. It's been both years that the elevator got stuck in the evening and wouldn't move any more which made it impossible to get up to the flat. Fortunately Prague City Apartment Staff has 24/7 availability and solved the situation. Thanks for that. Overall: great apartment, extremely customer-oriented staff. The way it should be everywhere!

Location, right in the old town and you can walk anywhere from there. Privacy, with your own lift to the floor. It is a well equipped apartment with daily cleaning service. It was unusually cold in late October in Prague and the heating went on and off, we were not cold but were a bit concern. We asked them to check and then was told that the system was in fact fine and had been pre set to maintain at a certain temperature.

Great place to stay! have been here 2nd time and was absolutly satisfied again. Its just a great place to be, very centric. The service is fantastic, their people are there whenever you need help. Will bock them forever now when going to Prague :-)

Holiday in Prague Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment in middle of Prague. Great space and is close to everything. The bedrooms and living space is very spacious but there is only 2 bathrooms. Had a grat time and would stay again.
