absolotely clean, perfect location It is a very clean, modern apt. in the middle of the old town Prague. Very accommodating staff. The apt. has everything for a short- or long term stay. Be aware that the check in place is 15-20 minutes walk from the apt. itself.

Long business travel I enjoyed very much the month I've spent in Masna Residence. The area is quiet even though the apartment is located in the old town center. Several shops and groceries are available nearby the apartment. Client service is quick and effective and very kind. The only suggestion I could give, in order to improve the quality of your service, is about the kitchen supplies: having more types of tools or pans would be useful, especially if the stay lasts for a long period.

i already answer you when i was staying in masna howewer i complete once again no criticism and only suggestions reception outside of masna is a problem ( farer ... and i fact by chance i found somebody in lmasna to welcome me ) you could put a board on washing machine eg cleaner and smarter perhaps you could suggest some restaurant in district last point : to have a location to leave the suitcases after check out and before going back best regards no doubt i could advice to friends especially well located % center , restaurant ... and calm very good stay for us

Babys first holiday!! Excellent service and apartments in residence masna. If we return to prague we will definitely be staying here.
