A Wonderful time in Prague in a beautiful apartment Me and my holiday companion stayed at the residence Masna studio apartments from 21-29 March 2015 in room 302. First off, I have to point out that the staff are exemplary in their service! - The staff manning online help chat was very helpful with information on the rooms. - Communications via email was quick and polite and they were willing to do some adjustment to the beds. - Last but not least Peter who met us at the counter was very friendly, helpful and informative. He accompanied us to our apartment, explained the basics and even helped us navigate the online train booking website. The room was very clean, kitchen/cooking facilities were up to date and modern and the toilet spotless. Items were re-stocked almost daily. Location: Located somewhere between the Old Town and Palladium shopping centre and in a row of buildings just behind the statue of the pregnant woman, the apartment was in a quiet but interesting area with many options for dining and drinking as well as the convenience of

5 nights in Prague Would definitely recommend the apartment for location, size and comfort. Its well equipped and you don't hear any noise. Service from the staff was good. Problems with the TV and washing machine were sorted out without trouble. Overall we were very happy. TV channels available were not great, but then we didn't visit Prague to watch TV.

Excellent apartment in Prague 1 On our second visit to Prague we found these well equipped apartments to be conveniently located off the old town square . The studio apartment was on the 4th floor with lift access and very good security, in a nice quite residential area. The apartment was very clean and had daily cleaning service available if required. The front office staff were extremely professional and very friendly with very good English. I would have no difficulty in recommending this company and these apartments to anybody wishing to visit a city as beautiful as Prague
