Holiday trip with my boyfriend Everything went well and we were help by the staff in providing transfer etc. The accomodation was very well located at the stare mesto and was very well equipped and furnished. The only detail that could use some work is the airconditioning which wasnt very efficient.

Lovely apartments in great location, but no AC! We rented 2 apartments, 201 & 502. The apartments were well appointed and spacious. Beds are fantastic! Large bathrooms. It is a quick walk to Old Town Square & other attractions, but on a relatively quiet street with lots of restaurants close by... recommend Restaurant Amos! Several cafes within a block for breakfast... recommend Au Gourmand!. I would definitely stay in these apartments again, but not during the summer. There is no air conditioning, and it was quite warm & stuffy in the apartment even with the provided fans (temps were in the mid 80s). As always, the level of customer service from PCA was exceptional... they are always there & willing to resolve any issues that might arise! Thanks!

Stay in Prague I truly enjoyed my stay in Residence Masna. The apartment was spacious with great layout and small balcony. Despite being located in the heart of Prague it was very quiet. The apartment was well equipped, spotlessly clean and included standard supplies such as basic toiletries or coffee and tea sachets. Service was excellent and staff very friendly, helpful and responsive (front staff as well as housekeeping). My only not so much positive comment would be that the bed and mattress could have been more comfortable. On my next trip to Prague I will certainly return to Residence Masna or other properties managed by Prague-City-Apartments.

A Wonderful Place to Stay From the moment we were greeted at the office to the time our hotel-sponsored cab dropped us off at the airport, our experience with Prague City Apartments was fantastic. We loved the location and the room. The washing machine was a pleasant surprise! We also felt that people were very aware of us and concerned that our visit would be a good one.
