Great service I enjoyed my stay at Masna because of the great location and efficient support. We checked into Masna which was a mistake but a service staff arrived and helped us with the registration on the spot. We were not able to watch television and once again it w dealt with quickly. If i were to pick on the apartment, the tap in the kitchen was difficult to shut down completely because of the knob. It is also a waste of water as well and dripping of water is audible throughout the night. The washing machine was disappointing as it failed to wash clothes, it just pretends to. Overall, my wife and i are happy with the apartment

My holiday was great.Thank you very much! perfect location, big comfortable room, cosy,quiet, everything you need was there,friendly staff,special thanks to out hausmaid from Ukraine, she cleaned very well and is very friendly! Kitchen is very nice ,full equipped. Thanks to everybody!!!! I will recommend you wonderful apartment to all my friends!
