Business Trip I am very happy to see that you are keeping up the high standards that you set yourselves. It is obvious that you are a good and professional team. However I would like it if you offered a specail weekend rate to return clients like myself....There are many hotels in Prague now which offer special deals which are cheaper. than the cost I paid......I was tempted on this occasion to try one but instead booked with you. Dear Mr. Tomasek, generally I must said that I was more or less satisfacted from the apartment, but I want only underline that for this kind of level price/apartment some forniture were not on same level. The entrance door was very small and economic (all noise on the stairs was possible to listen from inside), some forniture in the bathroom were from very cheaper plastic and the wardrobe in the sleeping romm was also cheaper and broken. I tried to put my empty hand luggage on the shelf of the cabinet and all fall down strikend my hand. Fortunatly I was not wounded. During check in they ask me to give guarantee of 200 euro for eventually damage in the apartment, without possibility of checking during my out with some personal to control if there was somethink broke. How is possible this without counterpart. At hand I had problems with you forniture. This to your oppurtune information. best regards, Piermarco Clemente

business Not noise at all. Next time again. Price ok. TV a bit (satelite) unsharp. Beds are ok, but upclass hotels have better. Cleaning ok. Taxi arrangements ok, front desk great, perhaps make a deal with some restaurants to have bfast/dinner or delivery with discount ??? see you next time (Nov)
