This apartment better than most hotels Overall value for money, the best I've seen in Prague. Spacious apartments, large bathrooms and good housekeeping. Centrally located next to supermarkets. You may need a more thorough cleaning in the bathroom tiles. And I miss scissors but the rest is very good.

Vacation and Business Trip The location is awesome, the price was good, but not great, the apartment matched exactly the photos and I loved that. The technical team came by and fixed all our issues right away. My single fault about the apartment was that over the course of my trip I woke up with small bites in various places and think the bed may have had a case of bed bugs. If at all possible I would also suggest, if possible, to have more english speaking channels on the satellite for American travellers. Only watching depressing news was frustrating when Discovery and National Geographic had available channels in english but they were not a part of the package on the satellite. It catered beautifully for german speakers and french speakers but not for english speakers.

Prague stay The appartment is nice and is in a great location. The biggest issue is checkin where you have to go to a different location and this is not clearly understood before you arrive and then when you get there to the door with your bags and you are tired from travel you have to ring a number in the door to get information on where to go to check in. This is not good and email when you recive you booking confirmation is al that is required to make checkin smooth and enjoyable.

Business Trip I am very happy to see that you are keeping up the high standards that you set yourselves. It is obvious that you are a good and professional team. However I would like it if you offered a specail weekend rate to return clients like myself....There are many hotels in Prague now which offer special deals which are cheaper. than the cost I paid......I was tempted on this occasion to try one but instead booked with you.
