Comfortable Apartment Near Center of Prague After some confusion at registration everything about our stay at Residence Masna was fine. And despite the fact that one of our apartments was not ready for occupancy -- through no fault of the management -- the office staff worked above and beyond the call to resolve the situation and maintained their calm, professional attitude in the face of tired, grumpy travelers! Kudos for their effort and kudos for the help they provided in arranging a tour to the Czech countryside and a nighttime visit to a medical clinic. They also arranged a reasonably priced, English-speaking, pleasant driver to pick us up in Berlin and to take us on to Budapest. All in all, we were very well cared for by the staff. As for the apartments, we have no complaints. The kitchen was adequately furnished for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were quiet despite the busy location, and the bathrooms were modern and clean. There are bakeries and grocery stores nearby, so one need not go out for every meal. The onl

nice apartment Very apartment. The space is large ,claen and comfortable. The kitchen applicances are enough and clean. The service is ok,but it is too far away from head office .

nice apartment Very good apartment,I like it . I will stay here when I come to Praha next time. I will advise my friends to stay here because this is a very nice hotel.

The apartment was well located and the staff were friendly and helpful (including organising a tour for us). It is certainly a place that I would come back to.

Perfect place to go for a vacation We are a couple, came without kids for 9 days vacation. The location is excellent - in the heart of the Old Sity of Prague. All is nearby: famous Prague clock, Karlov bridge, the large shopping center Palladium and many nice restorants and bars. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. All is exactly as we saw in the pictures at the site.Very good bathroom and perfect bed (It is important for somebody with overweight :)). We had acquired a guest, my sister, for two days, and it was enough space in our studio apt for an additional bed and a place for her things etc. We had arranged for her also the transfer from/to the airport while we did our check-in (for a good price as was mentioned in the internet site), and all went just perfect and in time.The kitchen is fully equipped, all works good. We had closed a safe at the 1st day by mistake, and in a few hours the service person had solved the problem. The cleaning woman is very friendly and helpful and answered to our small wishes immediately. WiFi is
