First time to Prague and picked the best! Sweet Jane greeted us on arrival and patiently showed us our apartment, key system, and satellite TV and then recommended a great restaurant nearby for dinner. The apartment was clean and bright but the bedroom wood floors, while clean and not dusty, needed a good washing as our feet got dirty walking barefoot. A few missing tiles in the bathroom and an extra ice cube tray would be nice. A sign for the front door that says "close gently" would help alleviate the noise all night from the front door banging shut. Great value otherwise. I'd stay again next time in Prague.

Great Place Hello, We enjoyed our stay in Residence Karolina. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The only problem we had was with ordering taxi service from the reception, we did it twice and in both times the receptionist informed us with a fix price for the taxi which was not correct due to the fact that the taxi drivers work with meter. Thanks

Prague vacation The apartment is conveniently located in 10-15 minutes walking distance from all major attractions. Clean and well equipped. Air condition was essential for a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Will be happy to return.

"a great month in a wonderful city" I had a great month in the Prague City Apartments and would like to congratulate all the staff in the office for their helpfulness, charm and friendliness. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I would certainly recommend the apartments to all who are coming to Prague and hope to return myself in the not too distant future.

Great apartment in centre of Prague We stayed for 3 nights at the Karolina Residence in June. This was the nicest apartment we had stayed in while in Europe. The location was fabulous, a 5 minute walk to the bridge, old town and numerous other attractions. Communication with the property management was prompt and efficient. The apartment was very nicely decorated and was very spacious. Front reception staff were extremely helpful and arranged for all our transfers from train station and airport. I would consider this to be an upscale apartment for travellers and would highly recommend it.
