EASTER TRIP THE FLAT WAS POORLY DECORATED WITH PAINT PEELING IN PARTS. THERE WERE BULBS NOT WORKING AND THE TOILET DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE. THE FLAT WAS POORLY EQUIPPED WITH CROCKERY AND ALTHOUGH THE FLAT WAS FOR 4 SOME ITEMS ONLY HAD ENOUGH FOR 3 . THE FLAT WAS NOISY AT NIGHT WITH YOUNG PEOPLE OCCUPYING ADJACENT FLATS AND COMING IN AT 3 OR 4 AM AND WAKING THE CHILDREN. THIS WAS NOT A FLAT FOR FAMILIES.

Fun vacation for old friends meeting up in Prague Location was perfect for being a tourist. Walk to everything. Definitely a tourist area, but, that was what made it easy to get to everything. Convenience stores nearby for supplies, etc. Apartment was well equipped. I will definitely rent again. My largest compliment is reserved for the service team -- they answered emails within an hour or less for all issues and requests. Really great service. We had one minor issue when we first arrived which was hot water heater was off. I'm mechanically inclined and figured it out. I sent a note to rental agency to let them know. They sent a note back apologizing and scheduled for a technician to come the next morning to make sure everything was ok so we wouldn't have any issues during the remainder of the stay. Couple of minor suggestions for improvement: - better instructions on finding apartment when first entering building. Pretty confusing. - Larger drinking glasses - instructions for working climate control units in apartment. Had to play aro

Weekend break with friends A beautiful apartment in central Prague - the terrace was a real bonus and afforded stunning views over Prague. Only negative is the charge of 50% of the cost per night for a late check-out. This is excessive and there was no flexibility on this even though there was no-one staying in the apartment after us. Hot water was also unpredictable especially in the evening so suggest the boiler is checked for future guests. Thanks
