Perfect prague Booked to stay in Ostrovni apartments. On arrival was offered a free upgrade to Karolina Residences. Staff were very friendly and helpful, 24 hr reception just downstairs for any queries. They also arranged an airport transfer for our return journey. Apartment was well equipped with huge rooms and a balcony. Centrally located only 10 minutes walk to Old Town Square and 5 minutes to Charles Bridge. Plenty of shops, restuarants etc nearby. Will be recommending to friends.

Prague The apartment was very spacious and extremely well equipped. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit and didn't use public transport once. There's an excellent Tesco 5 minutes round the corner which had everything we needed including a wide range of bread, meat and cheese to eat breakfast and lunch at home. We ate out at night but you could easily cook in the kitchen. We received a complimentary transfer from the airport to our accommodation and staff organised a very reasonable rate for the trip back to the airport. It was a bit noisy with the windows open but with them shut it wasn't a problem. We would have liked a tea pot and perhaps a brush to sweep the floor but otherwise can't fault this place. If we come back we will certainly stay there again.

Lovely Say in Prague This apartment is absolutely lovely - wonderful location plus an attentive and responsive staff. My emails and communications were always quickly responded to and someone was always on staff to answer my questions. The apartment was extremely quiet and it met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and I was happy to be able to open the windows and always get fresh air. I loved the location because we were far enough away from the craziness of the Old Town but close enough that we could walk everywhere. It was wonderful that we had access to free WiFi and that there was complimentary coffee and tea. Most importantly, we felt safe and comfortable- if and when we visit Prague again, we will most definitely stay at this apartment again.
