Everything was perfect. In particular the attention to all details such as transportation from/to airport and luggage transportation. The apartment is wonderful, clean and fully equiped. Bathroom and bedrooms were amazingly wonderful.

Best Location in Praha I cannot make enough positive comments about our stay with Prague City Apartments, they really have their act together. Our family rents vacation homes at least twice a year and this was by far the best experience. Booking was a breeze, we were met at the airport and taken to our apartment at a fraction of the normal cost, we had a tour to Terazin arranged, daily maid service, when the cable was not working an employee was at our place in 5 minutes same for a blown fuse in the second apt we rented. I wish you all had offices in every city!

Brilliant client service Amazing client service, staff really attentive, sort out any problems straight away, are proactive in offering things for us. The flat was enormous (by UK standards), right in the centre of the Old Town, next door to an amazing little bakery. There was 1 problem with the lift not working properly, but it got sorted as soon as we reported it to the reception. Overall - we're really happy with it and woukd definitely go again!
