When we got to the airport I sent message (at 17.16h ) to knovakova @ prague -city apartments to inform you that we were going to the apartment. But when we reached the building was no one to greet us. I had to call you and wait 15 min. We've been in apartments in many cities of Europe and never required in a security deposit. Suspicious of guests? After Prague we went to Berlin and the owner didn't require a security deposit. The apartments usually have salt and other spices . Despite these negative aspects it was very nice to be in the apartment and know Prague. It is a beautiful city ! I hope I have helped to improve your service . Thank you! Best regards.

Great way to seePrague Very good experience.Jane of the front desk made it a very satisfying 4 days.Efficient ,courteous and helpful.Got a taxi for us, made reservations and went with my daughter to the parking garage!

Fabulous stay Stayed at Residence Beehives for 1 week. Very convenient to old town square. Apartment was clean, spacious and very secure. Check in staff were friendly and very efficient. Would totally recommend.

The apartment and staff exceeded my expectations. Great location, apartment was so comfortable and spacious for the two of us. When I return to Prague, I will definitely rent another apartment.
