A wonderful stay in Old Praha The staff at Prague City Apartments is very courteous, professional and responsive. I have already recommended them to a friend for a future visit.. They made it very easy to get in to the apartment, arranged for taxi's for us when we weren't sure how to do that, and even let us print our boarding passes for our flight out. I highly recommend them.
Positivewe were a 2 minute walk off of the old town square - close enough to 'be there', far enough away that we didn'g get all of the crowds under our windows

Long business travel I enjoyed very much the month I've spent in Masna Residence. The area is quiet even though the apartment is located in the old town center. Several shops and groceries are available nearby the apartment. Client service is quick and effective and very kind. The only suggestion I could give, in order to improve the quality of your service, is about the kitchen supplies: having more types of tools or pans would be useful, especially if the stay lasts for a long period.

Business trip in Prague Hi, Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Masna 5 for the duration of my business trip at Prague which lasted for more than 2 months. I truly appreciate that the place is kept clean and well maintained. Although there are instances that the heater was not working but that only happened twice during my stay. The appliances and utensils are enough and in good condition. I would suggest though that you include scissors in the apartment. Thanks, Renelou Esperanzate

Great alternative to hotel for biz trips I'd stay again but bring my own shampoo and soap next time.
Positivelocation is great, quiet, wifi awesome, room is spacious - this is a high value place
Negativebathroom amenities were lacking - packets of cheap shampoo and body gel don't cut it. Bring your own.

Family of 4, great everything Our family of 4 8yo and 11yo had a great experience all around. This location is a short walk to Old Town Square with high-end shopping along the way. A short walk to the tram stop and the metro station. I would highly recommend this apartment.
