Very comfortable apartment with a gorgeous location ( 3 minutes to the Staromectskoy square and to a shopping Mall Palladium) . Our room was not promised a dishwasher.

Perfect location to discover Prague "We stay in 2-bedroom flat on the second floor of the Residence Karolina for 3 days for Christmas. It was exactly as on pictures on the web-site. Very modern and with all necessary equipment to make your stay excellent. It was very warm even if it has large ceilings and it was quite cold outside, truly warm. Kitchen is fully equipped as described. There are 2 coffee makers, selections of teas and coffees, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. If you want to cook, there is everything, you just need to buy products and seasoning. TV has a variety of international satellite channels, very comfortable sofas to rest after day-walks. 2 bathrooms have everything that top quality hotel would have. Bedrooms are large with enormous and comfortable beds. It is very quiet in the flat even though it is right in the city centre. The staff is always available, very helpful for any request or question, immediately answering emails, calls, etc, assisting in all our wishes. Absolutely top service that is rare to find. The locat

Prague stop over This is a great apartment with easy access to all Prague offers. Would stay again. One comment is that a little more time on the check out key card would be good. Thanks Steve
