Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

New Year Trip We enjoyed this apartment - had all we required, was spacious, clean and quiet. the only criticism I can make is that notwithstanding the instructions left re the television we could not get it to work despite trying on a number of occasions. we were not there to spend time in front of the tv admittedly but it would have been good to see the news on the occasions we were in the apartment - we could not do this as it would not work for us. We would use the service again were we to return to Prague.

Magical Prague at Christmas Overall we had a fantastic stay at the Residence Karlova 2 bed apartment, the accomodation is spacious and has all the essential items needed. It's central location was perfect and it was very quiet, beds were very comfortable. We noted the following issues which were all minor and did not have a big effect to the enjoyment of our stay i.e. these are just honest feedback :- 1. It seems that equipment in the apartment is not checked regularly as the clock and floor lamp in lounge area did not work nor did the light on left hand side of bed in bedroom next to bathroom. We followed the provided instructions for satellite TV but could get picture but no sound (this was not a problem for us as do not think we had UK channels anyway?). There was an instruction in apartment folder to contact PCA by apartment phone or provided tel number but there was no phone in apartment (or we couldn't find it) and the issues were not big so we didn't want to use our mobile phone or trouble anyone. 2. Our last trip before kids. We are very satisfied with PCA. Pickup service at the airport is a winner. The service is great and that is very important to me. This is the second time with PCA and not the last time. I will personly advise other of my contacts to use your services. I was very satisfied with Martin Verlicek and Mikrobustaxiservice, please let them know. The cleannes was ok, but there was a lott of dust under the beds and the coutches. If you want to give tha appartment a little extra, then change some of the white paint with more suttle colors. All the white paint gives the appartment a "Hospital look". Christmas visit The apartment was spacious, comfortable and warm, and has air conditioning for the Summer. A small problem with the safe was sorted very quickly. Great location, quiet, good information pack and friendly, helpful staff. It would have been handy to know that toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee would be in the apartment (maybe we didn't read the information on the internet properly?)
