Overall we had a very good experience. Your staff was extremely helpful and the front desk was helpful in setting up airport transfers for my parents and me. The location was excellent. The apartment was a great size and beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, however we had a 9-month old crawling around the floor and we found that while it had been swept, the floor probably had not be washed in quite a while (my baby's hands and our socks were pretty dirty after walking around). Appliances in the kitchen were good. Master bath was OK -- the tub did not drain quickly when the stopper was off, and it made a strange loud gurgling sound when water was run anywhere in the building. Apartment door is extremely difficult to figure out how to open and lock the first few times. Instructions provided in the apartment were helpful, but not always specific for the Karlova Residence (e.g., you tell us to call the front desk on the apartment telephone, but there was none in Karlova; reference t

5 friends in Prague I was in Prague for a long we with four friends - we enjoyed the apartment, beautiful and comfortable. The neighbourhood though was awful, crowded with tourists, junk shops, orrible restaurants & bar with exorbitant prices. The staff was fairly kind.

A few days in Prague We enjoyed four wonderful days in the Karlova apartment (31). The apartment was spacious and had tweo seperate showers which was nice. The apartment although "right on Karlova" was quiet and peaceful. Just two or three minurtes to Charles Bridge and closer to the Old Square. Check in and out went seemlessly. We were impressed you offered to pick up our cases and store them at the office for a few hours on our departuure day. Prague is simply wonderful and the Karlova apartment perfect.

prague trip with friends Very close to the Prague Palaza, but very quiet in the apartment. Nice facilities, spacious. We had a great time there!
