Hello, as reviewed, service was excellent and location couldn't be better. If something to remark about is that we were 7 people and there weren't that many towels when we arrived. But we managed as some of us used the hand towels after shower. Also the terrace light didin't work and the coffee maker either. But we decided that we'll manage without. Perfect location to old town but finding out where to get the keys when checking in was a hassle as we did not know we had to go to another area to check in & pick up keys.

Beautiful Prague This apartment is really excellent. Located in the center of the Old Town. A few minutes walk to the important places of interest. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Modern equipment. Very clean. Beautiful terrace.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, and subject to the following few issues, all was fine: 1. noisy - children didn't sleep 2. beds were not made up as requested - ie. 1 double and 2 singles - but rather as 2 doubles - which meant children had to sleep together in the one bed 3. fan didn't work 4. ironing board didn't stand up Apart from all that, we had a lovely time at the apartment - thanks

Stay in Prague We stayed in Prague for 3 nights. It was a great start with the driver waiting for us at the train station. However, instead of using a lift he made us walk up stairs to the car with 25kg bags and a baby. The staff who helped were great. The apartment was in a great location and first appearances were good. There were some negatives, listed below. Otherwise a great stay: - The TV didn't work. There was no signal for any station except 2 (CNN) - The glass table near the TV was wobbly and looked like it might have broken - There was only 1 wine glass - There were only 2 coffee mugs - There was no long life milk for tea - The noise from outside road (Karlova) was very loud all night. The windows weren't double glazed to decrease noise. They were secondary glazed only. - One of the towels in the bathroom was frayed and falling apart - The floors were very dirty. We had a baby who crawled around and it was the dirtiest she got in the 5 weeks we were away in Europe - The driver back to the airp
