Good experience more cleaning services needed Location was very good. Appt of high quality with lots of room however there was confusion as the front desk said daily cleaning would be done and later contradicted by another staff. No soap provided in bathrooms which was strange for the quality of the appt.

Family Vacation to Prague The people at Prague apartments made the stay so easy- we had a few little issues and everyone at the office was so helpful. It could not have been a better stay.

centre of prague we enjoyed our stay, and enjoyed the space and quiet terrace of the apartment, even though the apartment was not as well kept and clean (especially kitchen area) as we expected.

What an amazing apartment! What a great apartment. I can't say enough wonderful things about it. The location is absolutely perfect - so close to the old town square and the Charles Bridge. We stayed in Apartment 42 and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. We could even see the trumpeter on the tower from our bedroom window. The apartment is spacious, clean, and modernly decorated. The only negative is that access to the hotel through the crazy streets of Prague is a bit diffficult - but that's the price you pay to be close to everything! I would stay here again!!!

Prague was fantastic Our group of 7 people (ranging from 16yo to 81yo) stayed here for 10 nights. The apartment was extremely spacious, including the 2 bathrooms, so we didn't feel cramped at all. The location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes to Old Town Square and a few minutes to Charles Bridge. There are restaurants everywhere, and an ATM is a few doors down. The apartment was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The only thing lacking was a phone. Luckily I had my laptop which I used for communicating with the agency, using their 24/7 chat line. Even though daily maid service is available, housekeeping came only about every 3 days. The agency was very responsive to our requests. Had a fantastic time there. The agency and the apartment are highly recommended!
