nice prague together with friens we were very suprized to get an appartment like this one. The rooms were really large , the beds were lovely , and everything was very clean .

Girls weekend in Prague A great place to celebrate a 40th birthday for a long weekend. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The rooms were decorated in a modern style and the furnishings met all of our needs - more sofa space might have been nice. The location was easy to find and gave good walking access to theatres, bars, restaurants and shops. Would recommend these apartments and would come again.

Overall we had a very good experience. Your staff was extremely helpful and the front desk was helpful in setting up airport transfers for my parents and me. The location was excellent. The apartment was a great size and beds were very comfortable. The apartment was clean, however we had a 9-month old crawling around the floor and we found that while it had been swept, the floor probably had not be washed in quite a while (my baby's hands and our socks were pretty dirty after walking around). Appliances in the kitchen were good. Master bath was OK -- the tub did not drain quickly when the stopper was off, and it made a strange loud gurgling sound when water was run anywhere in the building. Apartment door is extremely difficult to figure out how to open and lock the first few times. Instructions provided in the apartment were helpful, but not always specific for the Karlova Residence (e.g., you tell us to call the front desk on the apartment telephone, but there was none in Karlova; reference t
