A white Christmas in Prague - magical atmosphere The apartments completely met out expectations - large rooms, nicely decorated, comfortable warm beds, big bathroom. Was thrilled with close location to Old Square and able to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit which is what I hoped for. Even though it was close to the centre of the old town it was very quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. The Receptiion were helpful allowing us to ring the airport everyday as we had lost luggage. The Christmas Tree in the rooms was a very nice surprise too. The only two small negatives things, and I am mainly pointing these out for your information in the future, was the dishwasher was not working, so perhaps appliances should be checked beforehand. And due the chaos of the snow and airport closures, our flight was cancelled - I rang CZ apartments as soon as I could to confirm new flight information but could not not give an arrival time. I was assured there was no problem with a transfer and drivers would be informed. I rang again later to say it

great deal whilst travelling, especially with small kids it's the second time we take a flat from PCA and surely we'll continue doing it. we're travelling with 2 youngsters, and found out that it's not that much fun to stay with them in a hotel. PCA's well equipped flats help us keeping the life routine, which is crucial for the kids. WE RECOMMEND!

Christmas in Prague Even on busy christmas days, the staff was able to manage a wrongly booked appt (Rybna) into a free appt (Karolina). See you again in 2011!

Christmas Vacation We would highly recommend the Karlova. The location was fantastic and the staff quite helpful. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our party of 7 and we had a lovely holiday. We also used the airport shuttle with PCA and it was on time and roomy! Thanks PCA staff for all the help during our vacation!

Wonderful White Christmas in Prague We really enjoyed our 2 night stay over Christmas in Prague. Our apartment was spacious and complete with a small kitchenette, washing machine and a helpful booklet on the area and facilities, e.g. Where to get breakfast nearby. The PCA staff were very helpful during our check in and we were pleasantly surprised with small Xmas gift in our apartment when we arrived. The office also helped arrange our transport on our check out day. It was these small gestures that made our stay wonderful.
