Family fun in Prague Start to finish, interacting with all Prague a City Apartment staff was a pleasure. Everyone made it so easy for us to book the apartment and also get oriented to the city. In addition, the transport option from the train station and to the airport was incredibly helpful, a good value, and the drivers were punctual. I need to also add that having a staff member actually accompany renters to their apartment is a great idea! I have rented throughout Europe, and this is the first time I've ever experienced this service, ans it sets you apart from many other rental agencies. Lastly, I need to add that Jane was very kind, helpful, and gave us excellent recommendations for things to see and where to eat! We ate at 3 of the 5 restaurants she recommended, and the meals were absolutely fantastic! The only suggestion for improvement that I have is that it would be nice if the apartment had a coffee maker, in addition to the hot water pot. Thanks for helping us to have a great stay in Prague!

Holiday in Prague We enjoyed our stay in Karlova residence very much. The location right in the heart of the old town is fantastic. Spacious appartment. We had booked another appartment, but had to be transferred to this appartment, we only payed for the one we had booked even it was cheaper. The man at the front desk was very helpfull, he took us to the parkinghouse and to the appartment, and told us all we needed to know. There were a few things we did not like. We missed aircondition, and it was not allowed to open windows, so it was very hot in the appartment. We had two showers, one was very small, and the doors did not close properly so water came om the floor, the otter had a drain which did not function properly. But all together we enjoyed our stay in Prague very much.

Family Trip The location was ideal, midpoint between the Charles Bridge and Astronomical Clock. Being the top floor, with a rooftop patio, the views were incredible. Air conditioning saved us as there was a heat wave while we stayed but we could come back to our aprtement to cool off. The Prague City Apartment staff was exraordiarily helpful. The arranged for a driver to take us to and from the airport; on our day of departure, they picked up our bags from our apartment and kept them while we toured the city for a few more hours. One of the best if not the best apartments we've ever rented while travelling!
