Spacious and Gracious, Safe and Secure Dear Sir Overall we have ninety percent good things to say!!! Thank you for a lovely time Karlova 42, tte apartment itself exceeded expectations for cleanliness and was very well equipped. The beds and linens were amazing. (We would love to purchase comforters and pillows that you have!) The apartment was spacious and in a gorgeous but extremely noisy location. The really only negative was that there was loud yelling from drunken groups all night long most nights but there is not much that you could do about that. We used the air conditioners to drown out the noise. But the worst part for us was that when we arrived the office staff sent a young woman with us who was only in her second day. She took us on the wrong elevator which wouldn't work and she could not figure out how to get it to work - my husband had to help her and we had to get off and on several times. Then she took us to the wrong apartment. We went back down to another elevator and had to go to the actual apartment

Our stay in Prague was lovely, a very beautiful city with much to see. The apartment was perfectly located in the old city and very convenient. Our apartment was adjacent to Karlova Street and so a bit noisy, but we used ear plugs to help with that. Overall it was very nice...thank you :)

We where very happy to come back to this marvelous apartment. Everything was perfect. Just one thing : during the night too much noise outside , people singing in groups at 4 5 in the early morning. Maybe a tip : install double glass for more noise isolation and at the same time also temperature isolation. The cleaning service was perfect !!!
