Short Break Had an apartment on Masna 5 which was fantastic, everything you could want and the most comfortable bed/pillows. Everything was clean and the lady who met us was helpful. Just a shame we arrived early and had to carry our bags around Prague for a few hours as we couldn't find the head office and you couldn't leave the bags at the building.

business trip Overall I had a good stay at Karolina Residence, the only thing that was very annoying was the noise coming from the roadworks taking place outside my window. This also meant that the street was closed and inaccessible for Uber drivers to pick me up in the morning. I wish someone had been honest with me when I booked it and warn me about the noise. If that had happen then maybe you would have lost me as a customer this time but then I would have appreciate the honesty and maybe stay here next time. Also, the radiator in the living room was not working. Front desk called a technician to come and fix it but the guy never showed up.

Fabulous Weekend Break Absolutely brilliant apartment, six adults stayed for the weekend, plenty of space and nice and quite. The reception staff on check in were excellent, very informative and recommended places to visit, eat and drink. Nothing was to much trouble, they even kept our cases until we caught a late flight home. Would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate on staying here again

great location for city break we had a great stay. There was a hicup witht he airport collection but not the fault of the team in city apartments. They went out of their way to turn the situation from a bad one to a positive experience. Great customer service
