Completely Awesome! My wife and I stayed in the Residence Karolina one-bedroom apartment for our wedding anniversary vacation to Prague. Everything that involved Prague City Apartments from the very first contact to checking out of the property was perfect and hassle free. Their communication and responsiveness is excellent . We were picked up from the airport with no problems, even though our flight was late. We arrived for check in at 9:00, and while checking into an apartment that early couldn't be guaranteed, one was available for us. Check in was hassle free. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures, and even nicer than we expected. A very nice note wishing us a happy anniversary and a bottle of wine was waiting for us! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to easily prepare meals. The bed and furniture were great and it was really nice that they had a clothes washing machine in the apartment. WiFi worked well and there was a SMART television in the apartment which allowed us to access NETFL

Fantastic location in central Prague, Apartment was perfect for our needs, clean and very well appointed, Staff were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was nice to have the daily maid service and, as requested, she only came in the afternoons so we did not feel we had to get up early. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend Prague City Apartments.

Hello, I think this location of the apartment is great for a short vacation stay. It is right in the center of Old Town and easy to get around. I was supposed to be staying for 6 months and it was not ideal for a stay that long. The fridge didn't cool enough and even after notified there wasn't a fix for it. The couch in the living room smelled really bad. The noise from out on the street was really loud and all night long 7 days a week. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating.
