Perfect Family Holiday We loved Prague and Residence Karlova was the perfect fit for our two families. We had plenty of space, every convenience, and breathtaking views of the city skyline from every window. Karlova Street is a perfect location, close to all Prague's prime attractions; the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge...Tescos was only a short walk away and there was a patisserie with delicious pastries and coffee right by the apartment entrance, which we made very good use of! Communication was excellent. When we arrived the hot water was off, so we contacted management. Someone arrived almost immediately and the problem instantly resolved. Housekeeping were very sensitive to the fact that we had a small baby with us and were happy to work cleaning times around his sleeping schedule. We appreciated the airport pick up service and the ease of organising this through the City Apartments website 24/7 on-line chat option. Fabulous Christmas Vacation It has taken me a while to get to this review but that doesn't mean I have forgotten the lovely stay that our family had over Christmas 2013. It started with a very efficient and friendly check in service. Then we were thrilled as we walked into the apartment and realized how clean and spacious it was. Being so near the Old Town Square was a definite plus as we were able to walk easily to all of our destinations from tourist sights to a large Tesco grocery store. The staff thought of everything from the delivery of a small Christmas tree on the 23rd to a lovely gift basket on Christmas Eve. I can't say enough good things about this apartment. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Perfect location and delightful digs for our visit to Prague at Christmas. We were 3 adult couples with plenty of space, privacy, and common areas. Lots of natural light. Would like to have been able to use the steps, but it was only a minor inconvenience to have to take the elevator. Would definitely recommend, and would absolutely stay here again. One block from old town square and the start of Wenceslaus pedestrian walk, and one block from bridge w/ jaw-dropping view of castle at night. Clean. Bright. They even left us a Christmas present under the tree!

Wonderful Prague! It was our 4th time in Prague. Wonderful city, fantastic architeture and some mistery... The apartment is great. Cosy, organized, beautiful. Perfect location,quiet, near main places to visit. The staff is very professional and friendly. The comunication is easy and fast. Amazing stay!
