Fantastic holiday weekend in Prague There are so many positive things about our experience with Prague City Apartments. First, the front office staff were helpful during the reservation process, check-in and during our stay. During our stay, we found the best way to communicate with the office was via email. Any questions/requests were answered within a short period of time, if not immediately. The apartment itself was furnished to a good standard and was SPOTLESSLY clean. The bed was comfortable and we loved the great views from the roof top patio. This is a great apartment for a large party who want to be close to city centre sites and bars. The only negative was all of the street noise from the bars in the area and people on their way home from the bars. We had all windows and doors closed and the windows are double glazed. Noise during the week was not too bad, more noise on Friday night, but Saturday night it sounded like people were having a party in the next room...at 3am in the morning! In short we would happil

Stop looking, book here now Great staff (we never saw the cleaner but they did a top job servicing the apartment), fantastic apartment, very comfortable king size bed, heaps of wardrobe storage space, lovely location, excellent service. Apartment 52 is very quiet with a great view of the castle.

Amazing trip to Prague! Had an AMAZING time in Prague and at Residence Karolina. The apartment was lovely, modern, and spacious. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to everything. The staff working at Residence Karolina were WONDERFUL! I swear this was the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Having a 24 hour desk where somebody could help us with our every need was a definite bonus to our trip. They never lost patience with our zillion and one "clueless tourist" questions. This was our first time in the Czech Republic and we don't speak the language, so we had tons of questions. The apartment had everything that one could need. Our only negative review is related to the washer/dryer. The directions for the washer/dryer were not the easiest to follow. The print was very small and sometimes difficult to read. The dryer really didn't work. It took us about 6+ hours to dry a single load of laundry. In the end, we ended up putting three items in the dryer at a time and then drying them for multiple hours
