**GOLDEN LOCATION** We stayed at RESIDENCE KAROLINA, 4 adults. We had the 1 bedroom apartment.when we called to book the apartment the lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful and even gave us a free pick up shuttle from the airport. When we got to the apartment the process for the check in was super easy, the office is right next to the apartment. The friendly staff helped us to the apartment and showed us around. Our stay was great. The apartment was fully furnished, clean, with plenty of cutlery, appliances and much much more. There were clean towels, clean appliances, dishes, and utensils. They even had extra toilet paper, tissues, complimentary coffee and tea. The apartment is fully secured so you're guaranteed a safe stay. When we wanted something the staff were quick to respond and help us which was really great. The checkout process was again very easy and smooth. They booked a car for us to the airport as well. Perfect apartment in the middle of old town The apartment is as spacious as shown in the pictures. Excellent location. A few walking minutes to old town aquare and a few wlking minutes to charles bridge. Supermarket shops restaurants cafes all in very close proximity to apartment

Almost Perfect Our 2 BR apartment was very spacious, well equipped (comfortable king beds, small but well equipped kitchen, soaps and cleaning products provided, tea and coffee available, strong Wifi...) and ideally located within the old town. The front office representatives were also helpful and spoke very well English. Some examples: - Airport shuttle at arrival was arranged for a reasonable price; - the washing machine was found out of order but the agency arranged for laundry services free of charge; - Storage of our luggage was proposed to accommodate our late flight on departure day On booking, It should be mentioned in the description that the collection of the keys had to be made at an office located ~900m away from the unit itself. This did not bothered us as we had a driver but can be a problem for some others. Some minor attention to details/maintenance could be done to make this location exceptional. None of the table lights were found working (2 had burned bulbs, 1 was with a UK plug while apartment
