Perfect Family Holiday We loved Prague and Residence Karlova was the perfect fit for our two families. We had plenty of space, every convenience, and breathtaking views of the city skyline from every window. Karlova Street is a perfect location, close to all Prague's prime attractions; the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge...Tescos was only a short walk away and there was a patisserie with delicious pastries and coffee right by the apartment entrance, which we made very good use of! Communication was excellent. When we arrived the hot water was off, so we contacted management. Someone arrived almost immediately and the problem instantly resolved. Housekeeping were very sensitive to the fact that we had a small baby with us and were happy to work cleaning times around his sleeping schedule. We appreciated the airport pick up service and the ease of organising this through the City Apartments website 24/7 on-line chat option. Relaxing weekend in Prague Had some doubts/questions before i made the reservations. The online helpdesk helped me very well. Immediatly booked a studio apartment for my family (me, my wife and 2 year old daughter) at Masna. Full service. Picked up at the airport. No worries about finding the way to the hotel. Central reception was located somewhere else. Driver brought us there first. Checked in. Pretty receptionist joined us and showed us the apartment. Showed us on the map where we were located and where we could find the necessary shops. Location was perfect, between the old square and palladium (the shopping mall). Everything on walking distance. Public transportation was not so closeby, but that wasn't an issue for us. Apartment was very spacious, didn't expect that when i saw the pictures beforehand, existing out of a spacious living with kitchenette, hallway, bedroom and a bathroom. Weekend at Rybna Our group of 4 stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment at Rybna for 3 nights. Can't fault anything about the apartment we stayed in and service we received. The apartment was amazing, ready for us at 1300 when we arrived and it was cleaned everyday at our convenience. There is no lift and the apartment is on the 3rd floor but this didn't bother us. Completely hassle free experience letting us get on with enjoying the beautiful city of Prague. The prearranged airport transfers made it even easier to check in and check out. I will be coming back to Prague and will be using 'Prague City Apartments' when I do.

Relaxing weekend in Prague ! Just returned from a fine relaxing long weekend in Prague, Masna Apartment House. The cleanliness of the apartment is just fine. Very good cleaning service. Plenty of towels etc. in the bathroom and the "tools" needed for making you self a little snack or breakfast in the apartment. Just one thing, the selection of TV channels is poor, I think. OK I did not go to Prague to watch television, but just nice to be able to check up on news every morning, before walking the streets of Prague. Many Arabic TV channels, but only one German and BBC available for me....
