We had a great stay at Residence Masna. The Staff was well informed and incredibly friendly and polite. The Appartement war very big and comfortable.

Lovely Christmas in Prague Lovely and spacy apartment.We stayed on the 4th floor The kitchen is very well equipped. Good Wi-Fi internet connection.Very close to center- 10 minues to Staromestske Namesti, 5 minutes to Karlov most. We hope to return!

My home in Prague I was really satisfied with our stay in Prague City apartments. The flat was lovely and extremely well located, but BEST OF ALL was the service we got from the front office staff. From now on, this is my home away from home in Prague. Special thanks to Tom and Denisa!!

Took my Mum to Prague and picked a perfect apartment We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment for two people and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. My Mum took the bedroom and I had the sofa bed in the large living room (which was as good as a proper double bed!). They were also able to provide a room with a balcony as I had requested. The building is in an excellent location right next to the Jewish Museum and Cemetary, and only a couple of minutes from the Old Town Square and Staromestska metro station. The staff we met were friendly and welcoming. We did have some issues getting connected to the wi-fi but the receptionist was extremely helpful, organising a new router for us to ensure we got our connection. Our only criticism was that we weren't able to check in at the Residence Brehova, instead you are asked to check in at the Residence Karolina (I'm not sure why this is) so we had to do a bit of a detour when we arrived. great family vacation Residence Karolina is an amazing apartment/hotel in Prague. We stayed for 6 nights in a two bedroom room apartment and we were extremely happy. The apartment was clean, spacious , very well appointed and perfectly centrally located (walking distance to all the sights). The staff at the reception as well as the housekeeping staff are fantastic. They are friendly and go out of their way to take care of their guests. We definitely would stay there again during our next visit to Prague.
