Excellent experience in Prague We loved our location on Karoliny Svetle. The street is full of hidden gems including restaurants and pubs. The apartment was charming, comfortable, clean and secure. The office staff was outstanding; very helpful and anxious to help. We would definitely consider staying in this location again if we return to Prague. To some it may not be close enough to the hustle bustle of the Old Square but we considered that a plus. It is close to the river and very convenient to the street car stop. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Prague City Apartments - Excellent Choice! This was my first time renting an apartment in Europe, and I loved it! I felt like I was coming home every day. The staff at Prague City Apartments was very nice and helpful. They helped me book tickets to shows, and arranged a taxi to the airport. The location was excellent, and I was within walking distance of all sites. The apartment was clean, and very spacious! I rented a one bedroom, and it could have easily accommodated 4 persons. Maid service is available every day, although I only used them once during my 4 day stay. I highly recommend renting from Prague City Apartments.

Short trip to Prague Overall, the apartment and service is very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location. We were also very pleased with the arrangements for the garage. On the not so positive side: one of the toilets wasn't entirely clean when we arrived and we found old french fries (one piece, but still) under the bed... The wi-fi did not work the entire time we where there, either. All in all, we liked the place and we can absolutely recommend it - I would just urge the management to check in with their cleaning staff.

It was a very enjoyable stay; we appreciated the space provided by the accommodation, the facilities, the communication with the Pragye City apartments and the transfer from the airport late in the evening. The Karlova area is fairly noisy at night; I would say this is the only downside to the location. One night (last Saturday), a tenant who had lost his key banged on the street door for about an hour and rang all the apartments' bells at number 42 street. He was shouting for his friend to open the door. This was at 3am.
