A great stay in Prague We rented our two bedroom apartment for one week in September, 2013. This was a wonderful place to stay, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Prague is a perfect city for walking, and this apartment location gives easy access to the old part of the city, the Charles Bridge area, and the Lower Town. The building itself is beautiful, and the apartment spacious and clean. The furniture in the living room is very modern, which is clean and spare looking, but not really very cozy - a small point. The kitchen was also very modern, and with all the appliances you need. The bathrooms were very nice. The staff at the reception area were very pleasant and helpful, and any requests and questions were dealt with immediately. The only problem came in using the washing machine and dryer. There need to be instructions about how to use the machines, and what all the options (buttons, selections, etc.) on the machines are, in several languages.

PCA provides the best customer service ever! The customer service provided by PCA is above and beyond. I have not experienced such amazing customer service anywhere in the world in any industry be it tourism, bank, travel agent, restaurant. The promptness of needing something fixed or promptness with emails were very quick. PCA always made sure their guests were never at an inconvenience. This review includes every staff member such as reception, maintenance staff, cleaner, etc. The apartments were also fantastic, well kept, great facilities, etc, etc. I really have nothing evern remotely negative to say.

Business Trip in Prague From the time of arrival until departure, the staff at PCA were excellent. Upon arrival in PRG our luggage was delayed in LHR. When we went to the office to check in at PCA, the staff handled all issues regarding our receiving our luggage and bringing it to the apartment which allowed us to stay on schedule w/ our meetings. The apartment next to the NAtional theater was well appointed, and the location is excellent. The daily cleaning was also an added bonus that we were unaware that PCA provided. Having stayed in prague many times over the last 5 years, I can say with full confidence that PCA is one of the best property management firms I have ever dealt with in Prague. I will continue to use PCA as my firms primary source of of accommodation in the Mother of Cities! BH - USA
