Great Place Great apartment in a good location. Easy access to the street car for attractions in lesser prague, everything else was in walking distance. Only negative was our van wouldn't fit in the lift for the garage, but the staff went out of their way to find us another place to park nearby. We didn't need our vehcile for the 3 days we were there; we just wanted to make sure it was safe and idn't get towed away. Staff was outstanding and we were treated very well.

Summer holiday with friends. Apt. location was fabulous, facility was very nice, PCA staff was excaptionaly responsive and accommodating! Everything we asked for, they delivered! Had a little concern with stability of railings on staircase and the fact that we had no key for security gates on door and window in bedrooms! Overall experience of holiday in Prague was wonderful due in part to our accommodations! Thank you PCA staff for making this a wonderful holiday!

Highly Recommended We were very pleased with our stay. First, the front office staff who greeted us were excellent. The young ladies at front desk were welcoming and helpful. We spent 18 days in Europe (4 at Residence Karolina) and had very good accommodations everywhere, but the staff at Residence Karolina stands out as the most sincerely welcoming we experienced anywhere. They escorted us to our apartment and patiently guided me through the parking garage. Their hospitality is very important to a tired foreign tourist who has just arrived! The apartment itself was excellent -- spacious, clean, and in a great location for walking thoughout Prague. On top of that, we had a great wifi connection. The apartment is an excellent value that I recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful Prague Fantastic people to do business with. Lovely apartment with excellent facilities & in the most wonderful location. Check out the fabulous patisserie less than one minute's walk from the front door of the apartment. The staff were really welcoming & so very helpful. They really helped to take the stress out of our holiday. Will definitely use PCA the next time we're in Prague. Cheers :)
