Your office staff was extremely helpful to us in every aspect. They went out of their way to answer our questions regarding the city, etc., even many questions we had, which had really nothing to do with their job - they were unfailingly polite & always helpul. The apts. were large, well furnished, very comfortable, quiet & well located. We also very much appreciated your ability, to allow us to stay at a very reasonable price. Prague ofcourse is a lovely place. As regards Residence Karlova--have mixed feelings-- The arrangements. cleanliness, instant response by your staff was commendable. But the clarity on information could be improved. have given my reasons above. Barring these instances, our stay was comfortable and thank you for the same. Best Regards Shirish Pingale

Three couples enjoying a break in Prague We were three couples taking a break in Prague. We appreciated the space and clarity of the Karlova 33; lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and the fact we could sit out on our private terrace for meals. Unfortunately the terrace light did not work (a customer has already mentioned this!!). The terrace chairs are worn through with holes (should be replaced); the parasol is broken and does not open! The floors were very dirty but we asked the staff to clean them and hose down outside terrace area! Would appreciate bedside lamps on BOTH sides of the beds! The staff was very friendly and responded rapidly and efficiently to our requests. We loved being in the centre of the old town but Karlova street is unfortunately noisy with loud music and people shouting at all times day and night. Ear plugs are essential!!

I have been to Masna Apartment House a few times over the years. Now the apartment looks a little "worn" But still a fine value for the money. Also I am missing the Reception in house. ( For safety )
